I’m a wife, a mother, writer, coffee addict, endo cancer fighter, a curios mind who loves to read all day and laugh out loud. I created this page, so that my kids have something to remember me. It’s a memory, a keepsake for them. We created lots of beautiful memories, and I posted recipes here too! I love cooking and baking for my family. I’m not good at cooking but I just love cooking so much. Food brings people together. I do enjoy prepare a delicious meals for my family. My time spent in the kitchen can be therapeutic. I feel that cooking can create bonds. Cooking and eating together as a family brings us together and I have always enjoy eating home-cooked meals. I’m happily married to a role model in my life. With 3 beautiful children and my life is perfect. I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer (Uterine Cancer) Stage 3B patient since Oct 2016. In Nov 2020, I “UPGRADED” to Stage IV Uterine Cancer. Fighting hard to survive. I never know how strong I am until being strong is the only choice I have. I’m too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated. The mind keeps thinking I have enough but the hear keeps telling me DO NOT GIVE UP! To my children, I want you to know, Mommy loves you so much, and that’s what keep me strong. Always remember me in your hearts. I know there are dark times, but there is always light.
